Sunderland are flying on a high right now as they prepare for Europe and another season of Premier League football.

The Black Cats’ 2-1 victory over Chelsea on the final day of the season secured the Europa League at the Stadium of Light.

Celebrations were wild, but attention will immediately turn to producing an improved squad to compete at all levels.

That is where Arthur Avom comes in, with Sunderland ready to bolster their squad now.

Recovering over four balls per game, with his total duels won over 50 per cent, he is a pitbull-like midfielder who could free up the likes of Xhaka, similar to Sadiki.

Despite only being 21, Avom has 14 senior international caps for Cameroon, and could be the perfect signing to add serious depth and skill at the Stadium of Light.
