Morgan Rogers slams Sunderland in bitter social media post
Sunderland were extremely physical against Villa on Sunday, a pattern that has been clear with Regis Le Bris side so far this season.
After the game, the club’s official account posted on Instagram a video of Trai Hume’s strong challenge on Morgan Rogers with the caption: “Still got the ball” and a shrugging emoji.
Rogers reacted to this by posting the video himself and saying, “Great message to send out… dangerous tackles getting highlight reels. This was followed by a clapping emoji.
The England midfielder clearly wasn’t a fan of the treatment he received and is lashing out after his poor performance, but Sunderland will not care one bit.

Sunderland’s results at the Stadium of Light will be key to their survival in the Premier League this season.
