Sunderland set to beat Celtic and Rangers for major £10m transfer coup
Regis Le Bris has the task of preparing his side for Premier League action next term, having beaten Sheffield United in the Championship play-off final.
Although the Black Cats gained promotion to the top flight, it was not enough to convince Jobe Bellingham to turn down a move to Borussia Dortmund this summer.
His move to the Bundesliga has given the Black Cats a club record transfer fee of £27.8million and they are already ready to reinvest some of that cash.
With a place in the Premier League at stake next term, Sunderland are ready to fight off their opposition to sign a Bellingham replacement in midfield.

Sunderland prepare bid for Lennon Miller
Le Bris won promotion to the Premier League with a very young side this season, and although experience is always a boost, the boss isn’t shying away from young talent either.
Having just lost 19-year-old Bellingham, Sunderland have already identified an 18-year-old who could be the next big player in midfield.
According to Sports Boom (11 June), Motherwell midfielder Lennon Miller hopes to play in the Premier League and Sunderland are keen to take him there.

The report states that the Black Cats are preparing a £10million bid for the youngster, who has also been watched by Celtic and Rangers ahead of the summer transfer window.
Sunderland’s promotion to the Premier League could well be a boost here, with the Mackems said to be confident they can tempt Miller to make the move to the Stadium of Light, being able to promise regular top-flight football.
Motherwell are keen on getting the 18-year-old to sign a longer deal, with his current contract expiring next summer
However, for the right price, Miller is likely to be able to be prised away and the Black Cats are leading that race.

Le Bris has his focus in the right place
Losing Bellingham was not the ideal start to the summer transfer window for Sunderland, but already having an option to sign in that position suggests Le Bris is doing the right preparation for Sunderland.
Furthermore, the money from the sale allows the North-Eastern outfit to beat other sides to such transfers and reinvest their money wisely.
If Le Bris can work with Miller in the same way he did with Bellingham, the Black Cats will have another young star on their hands.
