Sunderland offered made to sign ‘powerhouse’ Guessand after latest Mikautadze update
Sunderland fans are experiencing a dream summer ahead of the club’s Premier League return.
Five signings have already joined up with Regis Le Bris’ squad, with more expected over the coming weeks.
The signings of Habib Diarra, Enzo Le Fee, Chemsdine Talbi, Noah Sadiki, and Reinildo Mandava have been confirmed by the Black Cats so far, and rumours have suggested the arrivals will not stop there.
Simon Adingra, Matthis Abline, Georges Mikataudze and Neil El Aynaoui are just four of the latest names to be linked with a move to Sunderland.

Guessand could be next on Sunderland’s hit-list
Sunderland will hope to sign a striker this summer, as they look to provide competition for Eliezer Mayenda and Wilson Isidor.
The Black Cats have been linked with a possible move for Mikautadze, but the Georgian is attracting plenty of interest elsewhere.
And after Lyon’s appeal against their relegation to Ligue 2 proved successful on Wednesday (July 9), a possible deal may have now become more complicated.
According to Turkish transfer guru Yagiz Sabuncouglu (July 9), Sunderland have been offered a move for Evann Guessand.
Super Lig side Fenerbahce have been in talks to sign the Ivorian, but an agreement is yet to be found.

Guessand, 24, starred for OGC Nice last season as the French side finished fourth in Ligue 1.
The forward has made a name for himself as an all-round attacking force, capable of playing across the front-line and possessing both creative and goal-scoring qualities.
Guessand scored 12 goals and provided nine assists in Ligue 1 last season, and is also a regular for the Ivory Coast national team.
Guessand could be a powerhouse for Sunderland
Sunderland will want to sign a difference-maker in attack this summer, with a reliable goal-scorer absolutely necessary to any success in the Premier League.
Guessand could be just that. Standing at 6ft2, the striker is a force in the air and with the strength to hold off his man, can often be spotted driving through the opposing defence.
The striker is a menace when in proximity to the goal too, possessing a powerful drive that will certainly give Premier League goalkeepers something to think about.
