Sunderland could be set to sanction cut-price exit in January with Bournemouth interested
Bournemouth are one of two Premier League clubs keen on signing one of Sunderland’s forgotten players.
Sunderland will be active in the January transfer window, with Kyril Louis-Dreyfus having stated that a top 10 finish is their goal this season.
Conor Gallagher is the latest to be linked with a move to the Stadium of Light, though several players will have to make way for potential incomings.
With that in mind, Bournemouth could be set to offer an exit route for one of their players, who is out of contract in eight months.

Dennis Cirkin exit on the cards in January
Dennis Cirkin is yet to feature for Sunderland this season, having undergone surgery for a wrist injury and then sustaining further complications.
His contract on Wearside is up at the end of the season, meaning the left-back is free to negotiate a pre-contract agreement with clubs from abroad in January.
However, to avoid losing him for nothing, a sale could be on the cards in January, with Sportsboom reporting that the Black Cats are open to his exit.
Tottenham and Bournemouth are said to be interested, with the former having previously shown an interest in him in the summer.

Given the lack of time left on Cirkin‘s contract, his sale would likely be at a discount, with Tottenham also holding a sell-on clause.
Dan Neil could also leave Sunderland
Like Cirkin, Dan Neil is also out of contract at the end of the campaign, though gametime looks even more unlikely for him.
Sunderland seem intent on signing another midfielder in January, and if so, that would demote him to sixth choice.
It’s unlikely that he would sign a new deal on those terms, and given his homegrown status, a sale in January would represent pure profit for Sunderland.
From a PSR perspective, that would be a huge green flag, and it may be the route that the Black Cats intend to take.
Several other players could leave Sunderland in the coming weeks, in what is likely to be a busy January.
