‘Roma would accept £10.2m Sunderland bid to sign Angelino’
Sunderland could sign Angelino for a cut-price fee from Roma this summer.
The Spaniard has been linked with a move to the Mackems as transfer business continues to ramp up after promotion to the Premier League.
This already looks likely to see the highly coveted Habib Diarra join from Strasbourg for a club record fee in the coming days.
The midfielder could be followed through the doors at the Stadium of Light by Angelino for a fee as little as £10.2million.

Sunderland could now land Angelino deal
Reinforcements in the squad will be something that Regis Le Bris will be keen to add to his squad, ready for the new campaign.
This could be seen across a number of positions, with left-back clearly on the priority list for the French head coach this summer.
The Black Cats already have the services of Dennis Cirkin to rely on, coming off the back of yet another excellent campaign in the Championship.
With that being said, the addition of some top-level experience would come as a welcome addition to the side in the north east.
It is fair to say that Angelino would provide exactly that, and now Italian outlet Sport has reported (29 June, page 16) that he could be available for just £10.2m this summer.

Sunderland look set to battle it out with Saudi Pro League side Al Nassr, with an exit potentially in the pipeline within days.

Angelino could now join Sunderland
It is fair to say that those players who earned promotion at Wembley deserve a chance to showcase their talents in the top division next season.
Even if that may be the case, the addition of players with better quality and experience is still a necessary requirement in SR5.
This looks likely to see Diarra and Marcin Bulka come in at the Stadium of Light, with Angelino potentially weighing up a move.
The versatile left-back would represent an excellent attacking threat down the flank and could dovetail with the Mackems’ wide options next campaign.
