Regis Le Bris opens door for imminent Sunderland exits after official announcement
Sunderland enjoyed a landmark transfer window, which has paved the way for on-field success in the Premier League.
The Black Cats spent significantly over £100million, with Habib Diarra a record signing at the Stadium of Light.
Despite the early business, there was a deadline day rush with Brian Brobbey, Bertrand Traore and Lutsharel Geertruida all through the Sunderland doors.
Indeed, the Wearsiders may not be done yet, as they are looking to do more deals past the transfer deadline.

Omitted Sunderland players can still leave Premier League club
Milan Aleksic and Nazariy Rusyn left Sunderland after the English transfer deadline, with both joining Polish sides on loan.
However, there are still a substantial number of players on Wearside who cannot feature for the North East outfit until January.
Sunderland officially announced their 25-man squad for the Premier League over the weekend, but there were some notable absentees from their list.
Abdoullah Ba, Ian Poveda, Jay Mateta, Joe Anderson and Timothee Pembele all missed out on the squad after failing to land moves away from the North East club.
“Maybe one or two opportunities are still possible [for players to leave],” Regis Le Bris said via the Northern Echo on 15 September.

Which markets are still open for Regis Le Bris’ outcasts?
The majority of transfer markets have now closed, leaving few options open for Sunderland’s bomb squad.
As it stands, transfers can still go through in Serbia, Oman, South Africa, Israel and the United Arab Emirates.
- Oman: 17 September
- Serbia: 19 September
- Israel: 21 September
- South Africa: 22 September
- UAE: 1 October
These avenues certainly present a more obscure route for Le Bris’ players, but the Black Cats may well be pushing for some of them to move.
Alternatively, the Wearside club can still loan some of their younger players to the National League, but that does not help the situation of the aforementioned players.
Indeed, it is highly likely that the majority, if not all, of those players remain at Sunderland until January.
