Noah Sadiki sparks mixed reaction after what he did away from Sunderland
Noah Sadiki has been representing DR Congo throughout the international break.
Sadiki is already a hero at Sunderland after joining in the summer transfer window, and that is without taking into account his contributions on the pitch.
Alongside Granit Xhaka and Habib Diarra, the trio have formed a formidable partnership, and that has been a key part of the success that Sunderland have found in the Premier League so far.
However, his attention turned to international duty this week, and fans have had very mixed reactions to what he did against Senegal on Tuesday night.

DR Congo supporters have their say on Noah Sadiki performance vs Senegal
While they may be partners at Sunderland, Sadiki and Diarra were opponents on Tuesday night, though the latter was named on the bench from the start.
It was DR Congo that got off to a good start, taking a 2-0 lead, and Sadiki had a key role to play in the second.
The Sunderland midfielder registered a tidy assist for Cedric Bakambu’s goal, though other actions in the game certainly led to a mixed reaction from his supporters.
One fan on X said: “We need to quickly get Sadiki out of the match”.
Another added, not long before: “In any case, the midfield isn’t doing well, no one is holding onto the ball, Sadiki, wake up.”
However, there was also plenty of praise for Sadiki, with many supporters excited by certain aspects of his game against Senegal.
One supporter said “Sadiki on the first goal, the recovery, then with some luck, the pass to Bakambu, thank you”, with another claiming “Sadiki thrashes Bellingham and Pedri.”

Regis Le Bris needs Noah Sadiki back in form
Granit Xhaka impressed away for Switzerland, while the same was said for Trai Hume for Northern Ireland.
While very few are fond of the international break, it provides players with a chance to keep their form going, and for Sunderland, that will be crucial
Specifically with AFCON to attend to in December, Sunderland need to pick up as many early points as possible this season.
With six points from a possible nine, the Black Cats have made a good start to that, and Regis Le Bris will need his squad back and at full capacity for this weekend’s trip to Crystal Palace.
