Hearts v Sunderland: Weather update, ticket details, travel information
Sunderland travel to Edinburgh to take on Hearts on Saturday in their latest pre-season friendly.
This pre-season fixture is a testimonial for ex-Sunderland goalkeeper Craig Gordon, who has agreed to play another season for Hearts at the age of 42.
At the same time, it should prove to be a good test for Regis Le Bris’ players as the Premier League season approaches closer.

Tickets sold out for Hearts vs Sunderland
Sunderland were given an allocation of 3,185 tickets for Saturday’s friendly, but they have sold out.
However, fans in the United Kingdom or the United States can still watch the game using Sunderland’s official streaming service.
The game is available to buy for £6.99 or you can buy a season-long subscription for £40.
Match highlights will be posted on Sunderland’s YouTube channel by 27 July.
Sunderland fans’ travel options to Hearts friendly
Coach tickets are still available through ‘A Love Supreme’. These cost £37 for a return journey. The coach leaves at 9am from the Stadium of Light.
Alternatively, train journeys from Sunderland to Haymarket take around two-and-a-half hours. You can expect to pay around £60 for an advance return ticket.
Rain possible at Tynecastle for Hearts vs Sunderland
The Met Office reports a 40-50 per cent chance of rain in Edinburgh on Saturday afternoon. It’s more likely than that in the morning.
Temperatures of 16-19 degrees are expected during the game with wind speeds of up to 12 miles per hour.

Home and away fans can expect to unite in a celebration of Gordon’s career. The goalkeeper started his career at Hearts, before Sunderland paid £9million to sign him in 2007. That was a record for a British goalkeeper at the time.
Gordon made 95 appearances for Sunderland before joining Celtic, then Hearts again.
