Sunderland have been allocated 2,687 tickets for their trip to South East London, but tickets have sold out after initially going on sale to season ticket holders on 28 August.
Tickets were priced at £30 for adults (22-64), £22 for seniors (65+) and under-22s (18-21), and £18 for under-18s (2-17).
Supporters can use Sunderland’s official ticketing site to purchase future tickets, but must be a season ticket holder to qualify for away tickets.

Sunderland fans’ travel options to Selhurst Park
Supporters travelling by train can go from Sunderland Station to London King’s Cross before boarding a service towards Selhurst, Thornton Heath, or Norwood Junction.
Depending on the time of departure, fans may have to change at least once, so they should check their route in advance.
Trains depart regularly on the morning of the game, with tickets still available to purchase on Trainline.

Chance of rain and strong winds for Premier League clash
The Met Office reports that temperatures are expected to be between 13 and 19 degrees in Selhurst on Saturday.
At 3 pm, there is a 40 per cent chance of rain, with sunny intervals changing to partly cloudy by the early evening.
Strong winds are expected for the encounter, with wind speeds predicted to reach highs of 32mph around kick-off.
Although Sunderland head in as underdogs against Crystal Palace, they will look to take advantage of the injuries to Adam Wharton and Ismaila Sarr.
The Wearsiders have won their last three at Selhurst Park, picking up a 4-0 victory in their last visit in 2017.
