Chris Rigg set for chance of a lifetime after Habib Diarra update at Sunderland
Chris Rigg’s Sunderland career could be kick-started after the latest update from the Stadium of Light.
Rigg is one of the most talked about prospects in English football, and it was a massive boost for Sunderland to keep him on Wearside this summer.
With that said, gametime has been severely limited for the teenager as a result of the options ahead of him in the pecking order.

However, with a big blow comes a big opportunity, and that will almost certainly fall at the feet of Rigg, who has played just 39 minutes in the Premier League this season.
